PACKAGING
The packaging for shipments has been carefully selected to ensure safety and impact resistance.
Regarding the packaging, transport, and delivery of parcels containing any other type of product, sturdy and safe materials are used to prevent breakage and/or damage.

Payments via credit card are handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal. PayPal offers the option to pay through your PayPal account or your standard credit card via Stripe. Once payment is received, the customer will be notified immediately, and order fulfillment will proceed.
Once the order has been fulfilled, an email containing the order summary will be sent to the customer.
PRODUCTS
Total traceability is guaranteed for all products managed by aziendaagricoladanonnamaria.it, especially those regulated by specific standards. Product images and information contained in the information sheets correspond to the actual characteristics of the products.
Any discrepancies between the photograph and the received product are due to the artisanal nature of the product.
All product prices include VAT.
INVOICING

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending an email to info@aziendaagricoladanonnamaria.it, indicating the order number they wish to return, specifying if possible which product they wish to withdraw from and, if they deem it appropriate, the reason for the return (this information helps the Seller provide a better service).
Upon receipt of the aforementioned withdrawal notice, the seller will send a return opening email to the consumer, containing the procedure to follow for returning the products.
By exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer must proceed at their own expense to return the purchased products, which must be returned sealed and intact, including the external packaging and/or the wrapper containing the purchased product.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the indicated methods and terms, Azienda Agricola da Nonna Maria will refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the products according to the provided methods and terms. The sums will be refunded as quickly as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which Azienda Agricola da Nonna Maria was informed of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, using the same payment method chosen by the consumer for the initial transaction.
Azienda Agricola da Nonna Maria reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
  • The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on a part of the purchased product.
  • By law, shipping costs for the return of the goods are borne by the customer.
  • Shipment, until confirmed receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
  • In case of damage to the goods during transport, Azienda Agricola da Nonna Maria will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow them to file a claim against the courier chosen by them and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured). In this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for return while simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
  • Azienda Agricola da Nonna Maria is in no way responsible for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.
  • Azienda Agricola da Nonna Maria will refund the customer the full amount already paid, withholding the value of the “shipping costs”, within 14 days of the return of the goods, through a reversal procedure of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to provide bank details to obtain the refund (ABI – CAB codes – Current Account of the invoice holder).
